Keith Moss, Photographer. A little history…
I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years. I first started working in the fashion industry working with model agencies, magazines and various clothing companies including Vogue and Wella. I have photographed many celebrities including Prince Andrew, Leslie Crowther, Mathew Kelly, many soap stars and more recently Alan Shearer, Girls Aloud, Blue and Darious. Commercially I work for Ad, Design, Communications Agencies and large companies including Unilever UK, Monza Spain, Kosmea Cosmetics Australia, Mars Confectionary, BBC, Huntsman and Hilton Hotels Group. Recently I have been featured in Living North, NE Exclusive, Professional Photographer, Digital Photo Pro, National and local press.
Throughout my life I have always been passionate about black and white photography, it feeds my soul and is my way of communicating. I first started exhibiting 10 years ago, it was like extracting teeth, very painful and made me sweat, which is not good. 10 years on I have become very successful; I have exhibited all over Europe and have buyers collecting my work all over the world.
Here and now
My wife Pat and I opened our first gallery in Brotton Saltburn by the Sea dedicated to my fine art black and white, Landscape, Seascape and People photography, in the North East of England, which has proved to be a great success. The gallery is dedicated to my Fine Art images, which are sold to collectors all over the world. It is a place where you can come and relax and discuss your requirements, it contains a viewing lounge where you can view my work with a coffee. We have a studio, full digital processing suite including large format printing facilities where we lovingly print everything from a small print to larger prints for your wall on a variety of surfaces. We also have a full equipped darkroom.
Training successes & accolades
I also have a great deal of training experience, working successfully as a mentor for The Institute of Digital Innovation (Digital City), part of Teesside University, mentoring professional photographers. I am on the preferred suppliers list for training consultants for the University of Teesside Schools and Departments.
Last year I was also sponsored by Ilford and Harman Technology who took a number of my images for their own use. I am a proud supporter of their ” Keep the darkroom alive” campaign.

Darryl Gould, Chartered Marketer. A little history…
I have been a professional marketer for over 20 years and chartered for over 10 of these. I have been lucky enough to have won a number of national business and marketing awards and my clients have reached the very top of their fields. My success for my clients has led me to write articles for Marketing Week, and I am a regular contributor on the topic of marketing for photographers and new business generation to business magazines and trade journals throughout the UK.
I have had a love of photography since I was a small boy and through my marketing skills, have been able to help many photographers and photographic companies find their ideal clients and routes to market enabling them to become very successful. My photographic interest and marketing skills have also enabled me to become a leading marketing and business advisor to photographers and photography business throughout the uk. As a member of the chartered institute of marketing and a Regional Committee member with the Institute of Directors, I am able to keep at the very cutting edge of marketing for photographers and specialise in showing how photographers can use the latest on line advertising techniques to boost their sales and profits within an integrated and on going marketing action plan..
I have always had an interest in the leisure industry and have worked with both visitor attractions and holiday companies alike. I have been lucky enough to have worked with The National Photographic Museum, The museum of the moving image, the National Coal Mining Museum, and a significant number of other holiday and leisure organisations, and as a marketing consultant, helped them provide the very best for their visitors and to attract interest groups of a national and international nature.
Here and now
I started my marketing career at the head office of Dixons Stores Group plc working as a senior marketer within their photographic department. Following this, with my knowledge of photographic equipment and photographers, I left to start life as a marketing consultant over 15 years ago, initially targeting photographers and SME companies, helping them develop new sales and grow. I set up my marketing agency, DPA Marketing, in 1999 to provide ongoing advice to those companies who were looking for on going hand holding and through this I have become one of the countries leading marketing experts on telemarketing, setting up my own telemarketing franchise in 2007. I currently provide photographers nationwide with the marketing and business development help they need to make their business a success.
